The awards are presented by the Associated Students of the California Institute of Technology (ASCIT) to faculty members who have been nominated by the students for their ability to inspire and motivate through teaching and mentoring.

Richard P. Feynman Prize for Excellence in Teaching

Caltech's most prestigious teaching honor, the Feynman Prize was established in 1993 to honor annually a professor "who demonstrates, in the broadest sense, unusual ability, creativity, and innovation in undergraduate and graduate classroom or laboratory teaching."

HSS Brass Division Awards

The Brass Division Awards recognize outstanding contributions in teaching and service that strengthen our commitment to education and community building within the Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences. Nominations are welcome throughout the year and can be submitted using this form.
