Marina Peterson is the author of Sound, Space, and the City: Civic Performance in Downtown Los Angeles (U Penn, 2010) and co-editor of Global Downtowns (U Penn, 2012). She is also Associate Professor of Performance Studies at Ohio University and a current reader at the Huntington.
