Ketika is interested in the interplay between individual and social decisions. She uses experimental and computational methods to ask how an individual's decisions are affected by their social environment, and how individuals interact with each other. She asks these questions under various contexts, ranging from traditional foraging paradigms to the evolving landscapes of social media. At Caltech, she has been developing new experimental paradigms to do so.
