Latex

I wrote some simple formatting macros for the QJE's style guidelines. The result is not pretty, but it's what the QJE requires. Use this package of macros and this version of the endnotes package. I also suggest using \usepackage[leqno]{amsmath} in order to number equations on the left (\input{leqno.clo} does not work well).

• Kim Border's bibtex package for Econometrica's style for references. Kim has several other latex resources.
• Martin Cripps has macros for Econometrica's style guide.
• Martin Osborne has macros for drawing games (extensive and normal form), style files for journals, and advise on writing in latex.
• Probably all LATEX symbols you may need. Or, try this.
