Invitation for Applications: Assistant Professor History of Science

The Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences of the California Institute of Technology invites applications in all areas of history of science at the assistant professor level.

Term: Four years, if untenured, and is contingent upon completion of the Ph.D.

We are seeking highly qualified candidates who are committed to a career in research and teaching. Candidates for the position should send a CV: a letter describing their current research; three letters of recommendation; and a sample of their written work, which may be an article, a working paper, or a chapter from a book or dissertation.
